Different batches of LED modules may exhibit variations in brightness, color display, and even configuration files. This can lead to inconsistencies in your final display quality. Please order more q'ty as extra spare part for maintenance using in the future.

If you are planning to build an LED screen, please ensure that you purchase enough LED modules along with any necessary spare parts to complete your project. This will help you maintain uniformity in display quality and reduce the likelihood of any future compatibility issues.

About Shipping:

All our indoor modules are shipped by default via sea freight and express delivery to door by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, with an estimated time frame of 20-45 days.

If you want to get the led modules within 7-15 days, please choose air express option, please contact our customer service team online or reach out to our account manager via email info@primeledmodules.com. We will revise your order price based on the real-time air freight rates.

Please note: 

Due to the varying quantities, amounts, and weights of each order, the customs policies for shipping from China to different countries will differ. When choosing air freight express shipping, the destination's import duties or taxes are not included in the purchase price. However, for shipping methods that involve first leg sea freight and second leg door-to-door express delivery, the order total amount has included the tariff or duty. However, there may be some countries where we cannot provide a duty-paid service. We will contact you via email regarding your order details before shipment, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

About In-Stock : 

1. Our SMD module inventory is dynamic and updated every 7 days. Even for in-stock modules, once we receive your order, we will re-age test the modules for 48 hours to ensure their quality before proceeding with packaging. The lead time is typically within 5 days, excluding public holidays.

2. All small-pitch indoor modules must first undergo the SMD process. If you choose modules with GOB technology, the order lead time will be extended by an additional 10 days, excluding public holidays.
