Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address specified by the purchaser, provided that the shipping address complies with the restrictions outlined on this website. All purchases made through this website are subject to a shipment contract. Consequently, the risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.
Please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the country and region. Different locations may have distinct regulations and procedures affecting delivery speed and pricing.
A valid email address is required so we can contact you in case of any issues with your order. Additionally, your daytime telephone number is necessary for shipping documentation.
International Shipping Responsibilities
For shipments originating from outside your country, taxes, duties, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges, and any other applicable fees are not included in your total bill and are your responsibility.
If you have not previously ordered from outside your country, we recommend checking with your Customs Office and/or the local carrier to understand any charges that may be due upon receipt of your package.
If packages are held by your country’s customs office or your local delivery agent, it is your responsibility to locate the package and arrange for delivery once clearance has been granted. Before placing an order, please verify with your customs office whether you need an import license for the goods you are ordering.

Flat Rate
· Available for orders weighing up to 2 KG.
· Maximum dimensions: The sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 900 mm (length must not exceed 600 mm).
· Minimum dimensions: Length of 140 mm and width of 90 mm.
· Door-to-door service with a shipping time of 20-35 days.
Shipping By International Express
· Available via DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx.
· Door-to-door service with a shipping time of 7-12 days.
· Terms: DAP (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Shipping by Sea Freight
· Includes door-to-door delivery with transportation times of 1-2 months (fast boat approximately 1 month, slow boat approximately 2 months).
· Terms: DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), all fees included.
Shipping by Air
· Includes door-to-door delivery with transportation times of 10-18 days.
· Terms: DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), all fees included.
Pick Up
· Terms: EXW (Ex Works). You may use your own freight forwarder to collect your order from our factory located in Shenzhen, China. Please contact us for more details.
Free Delivery Worldwide
· Free transportation is offered: smaller items are typically shipped by air, while larger items are generally shipped by sea. For locations that cannot be serviced, a quotation will be provided based on the address you supply.
