To ensure consistent visual performance and system compatibility, please note the following:

Batch Consistency

  • Even modules from the same manufacturer may show slight differences between production batches, including LED color tone, mask color, and overall appearance.
  • For best uniformity, modules used within the same screen should come from the same batch whenever possible.

Manufacturer Compatibility

  • LED modules from different factories may vary in PCB design, driver IC configuration, and LED components.
  • Because of these differences, modules from different manufacturers should not be mixed within the same display.

Before You Purchase

  • If you plan to combine these modules with existing LED modules, please CONTACT US in advance to confirm compatibility.
  • For new LED screen projects, modules from the same PIF series can be used together without concern.

IMPORTANT ALERT

Operators must wear anti-static gloves when assembling modules.
* Do not splash water on the screen or module. When cleaning dust, do not use wet cloths or hard objects. Use an anti-static soft brush.
* Keep working humidity within 20% to 75%. Store modules in a dry place before assembly. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C and humidity should not exceed 65%.
* Do not pull or tear with force. When unplugging cables, pull gently to avoid damaging copper pillars and PCB.
* Do not use galvanized square pipes for installation because flatness cannot be guaranteed. Use sprayed iron box structures instead.
* For arc and cylindrical sheet-metal boxes, spraying process is recommended for easier installation and better flatness.
* Bending angle range is 135° to 169°. Do not bend violently or repeatedly.
