Installation Guide
- Confirm the cabinet size, module size, receiving card configuration, power supply capacity, mounting structure, and front service requirements before installation.
- Install the P1.53 COB indoor LED modules according to the cabinet layout and ensure each module is accurately aligned and securely fixed.
- Connect the signal and power cables according to the cabinet wiring plan and receiving card configuration.
- Check input voltage, power polarity, signal direction, grounding, and cabinet flatness before powering on the LED display system.
- For front service maintenance, remove and replace the COB LED module from the front side using proper tools and anti-static handling procedures.
- Avoid scratching, pressing, bending, or impacting the COB surface during transportation, cabinet assembly, installation, and maintenance.
