Installation Guide

  • Confirm the cabinet size, module size, receiving card configuration, power supply capacity, mounting structure, and front service requirements before installation.
  • Install the P1.86 320×160mm COB indoor LED modules according to the cabinet layout and ensure each module is accurately aligned and securely fixed.
  • Connect the 26PIN data interface according to the cabinet wiring plan, receiving card configuration, and signal direction requirements.
  • Connect the power system according to the cabinet wiring design and verify input voltage, grounding, power polarity, signal direction, and cabinet flatness before powering on the LED display.
  • For full front service maintenance, remove and replace the COB LED module from the front side using proper tools and anti-static handling procedures.
