The PI-GI Series P1.53 Integrated GOB Indoor LED Display Module is a professional 320mm × 480mm integrated GOB indoor LED module, factory-integrated from three 160mm × 320mm GOB LED modules to form one complete display unit. Featuring a 1.53mm pixel pitch, SMD1212 LEDs, GOB encapsulation technology, and an integrated front service structure, it delivers ultra-fine image detail, enhanced surface protection, simplified installation, and reliable long-term operation for mission-critical indoor LED display projects.
Each integrated module includes a wide-voltage power supply, a NovaStar or Colorlight receiving card, one daisy-chain Ethernet cable, one daisy-chain power cable, and 12 mounting magnets. Designed for control room LED displays, monitoring center video walls, security operation center screens, command center LED walls, emergency dispatch displays, broadcast studio LED screens, and other high-resolution indoor LED applications, this integrated structure helps reduce cabinet assembly time, wiring complexity, alignment work, and project delivery time.

Installation Guide
- Confirm cabinet structure, module size, receiving card layout, wide-voltage power supply configuration, daisy-chain cabling plan, magnet position, and front service requirements before installation.
- Install the P1.53 integrated GOB modules according to the cabinet layout and ensure each module is securely fixed in position.
- Connect the daisy-chain Ethernet cable and daisy-chain power cable according to the LED screen wiring plan and receiving card configuration.
- Check power polarity, receiving card status, cable connection direction, magnet fixation, and cabinet grounding before powering on the display system.
- The integrated module design eliminates on-site alignment of three individual modules, helping shorten installation time and improve cabinet consistency.
- For front service maintenance, remove and replace the integrated GOB module from the front side using proper tools and anti-static handling methods.
- Avoid scratching, pressing, bending, or impacting the GOB surface during transportation, cabinet assembly, installation, and maintenance.
