Installation Guide

  • Confirm the cabinet size, module size, pixel pitch, receiving card layout, power supply capacity, and front service structure before installation.
  • Install the P1.53 320×160mm indoor LED modules according to the cabinet layout and ensure each module is securely fixed and accurately aligned.
  • Connect the flat data cables according to the signal direction, receiving card configuration, and indoor LED screen wiring plan.
  • Connect the DC 5V power cables correctly and check polarity before powering on the LED display system.
  • For front service maintenance, remove and replace the LED module from the front side using proper tools and anti-static handling methods.
  • Avoid bending, pressing, scratching, or impacting the LED surface during transportation, cabinet assembly, installation, and maintenance.
