The current-generation module features an upgraded 320×160×4.5mm ultra-thin flexible structure combining a flexible PCB, silicone soft bottom case, and enhanced 32-magnet mounting configuration. With a specified 1222mm assembly diameter, ≥165° bending angle, HUB320 26PIN signal interface without cascading, and support for front or rear installation and maintenance, this P1.25 flexible LED module provides a professional solution for fine-pitch creative displays where conventional rigid LED modules cannot accommodate curved or irregular surfaces.

- Upgraded 4.5mm Ultra-Thin Flexible Structure: The current-generation module uses a 4.5mm ultra-thin structure with a flexible PCB and silicone soft bottom case. The slim flexible construction reduces module depth while providing the controlled flexibility required for curved and irregular indoor LED display surfaces.
- Enhanced 32-Magnet Mounting Design: Each module incorporates an upgraded 32-magnet configuration for stronger magnetic attachment, improved module flatness, better edge stability, and more consistent installation. The enhanced magnetic layout is designed to help reduce common flexible-module issues such as edge lifting, corner deformation, and uneven positioning.

Compatibility Notice
This P1.25 320×160mm indoor flexible LED module uses the current-generation 4.5mm ultra-thin structure and upgraded 32-magnet configuration. The new structure differs from earlier versions, including previous thicker module designs. For repeat orders, replacement modules, or existing LED display installations, please confirm the module version, mounting positions, and structural compatibility before ordering.
Installation Guide
- Confirm the required display shape, module arrangement, power supply capacity, receiving card configuration, signal distribution, installation direction, and maintenance method before installation.
- Install the P1.25 320×160×4.5mm flexible LED modules according to the designed curved, cylindrical, spiral, wave, ribbon-style, or customized display structure.
- Use the integrated 32-magnet mounting structure to secure each module. Ensure that all modules are correctly aligned and maintain consistent surface flatness without excessive compression, edge lifting, or structural interference.
- Connect the HUB320 26PIN signal interface and DC 5V power connections according to the specified wiring configuration. This module uses a no-cascading signal interface structure, so receiving card and signal distribution layouts should be planned accordingly.
- The product specification defines a ≥165° bending angle. During installation and operation, maintain the module within the recommended 165°–180° safe bending range and avoid violent, excessive, or repeated reverse bending.
- For cylindrical display construction, the specified assembly diameter is 1222mm. Confirm the required display curvature and module arrangement before installation.
- Wear anti-static gloves when handling the LED modules. Avoid directly touching the LED surface with bare hands.
- Handle the flexible LED modules carefully during transportation, unpacking, installation, and maintenance. Avoid dropping, impact, edge compression, sharp objects, hard tools, and excessive pressure on the LED surface.
- Front or rear installation and maintenance can be selected according to project requirements. Always switch off power before installing, removing, connecting, or servicing modules.
- Ensure sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation around the LED display system. This is an indoor LED module and should be protected from rain, direct water exposure, condensation, corrosive gases, excessive dust, strong vibration, and unsuitable environmental conditions.
