The P1.53 Indoor Flexible LED Display Module is a fine-pitch 320×160mm flexible LED module designed for curved LED screens, cylindrical LED displays, wave LED walls, spiral displays, ribbon-style LED screens, and customized indoor creative display installations. Featuring SMD1212 LEDs, a 208×104 module resolution, 422,500 dots/m² pixel density, 650cd/m² brightness, and a 3840Hz refresh rate, the module provides detailed image reproduction and smooth visual performance for close-viewing indoor LED display projects.

The current-generation module uses an upgraded 320×160×4.5mm ultra-thin flexible structure with a flexible PCB, silicone soft bottom case, and an enhanced 32-magnet mounting configuration. With a specified 1019mm assembly diameter, ≥162° bending angle, HUB75 16PIN signal interface without cascading, and support for front or rear installation and maintenance, this P1.53 flexible LED module is engineered for professional creative LED projects where conventional rigid LED modules cannot accommodate curved and irregular display surfaces.

Compatibility Notice

This P1.53 320×160mm indoor flexible LED module uses the current-generation 4.5mm ultra-thin structure and an upgraded 32-magnet configuration. The new structure differs from earlier module versions, including previous thicker designs. For repeat orders, replacement modules, or existing LED display structures, please confirm the module version, mounting positions, and installation compatibility before ordering.

Installation Guide

  • Confirm the required display shape, module arrangement, power supply capacity, receiving card configuration, signal distribution, installation direction, and maintenance method before installation.
  • Install the P1.53 320×160×4.5mm flexible LED modules according to the designed curved, cylindrical, spiral, wave, ribbon-style, or customized display structure.
  • Use the integrated magnetic mounting structure to secure each module. Ensure that all modules are correctly aligned and maintain consistent surface flatness without excessive compression or structural interference.
  • Connect the HUB75 16PIN signal interface and DC 5V power connections according to the specified wiring configuration. This module uses a no-cascading signal interface structure, so signal distribution and receiving card layouts must be planned accordingly.
  • The product specification defines a ≥162° bending angle. During installation and operation, maintain the module within the recommended 162°–180° safe bending range and avoid violent, excessive, or repeated reverse bending.
  • For cylindrical display construction, the specified assembly diameter is 1019mm. Confirm the required display curvature and module arrangement before installation.
  • Wear anti-static gloves when handling the LED modules. Avoid touching the LED surface directly with bare hands.
  • Handle the flexible modules carefully during transportation, unpacking, installation, and maintenance. Avoid dropping, impact, edge compression, sharp objects, hard tools, and excessive pressure on the LED surface.
  • Front or rear installation and maintenance can be selected according to the project structure. Always switch off power before installing, removing, connecting, or servicing modules.
  • Ensure sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation around the LED display system. This is an indoor LED module and should be protected from rain, water exposure, condensation, corrosive gases, excessive dust, strong vibration, and unsuitable environmental conditions.
