The upgraded 320×160×4.5mm ultra-thin module structure combines a flexible PCB, silicone soft bottom case, and enhanced 32-magnet mounting configuration. With a 160×80 module resolution, 250,000 dots/m² pixel density, 1/40 scan, support for front or rear installation and maintenance, a 611mm assembly diameter, and bending capability of ≥150°, this P2 flexible LED module is engineered for creative indoor LED projects where conventional rigid modules cannot meet curved or irregular structural requirements.

Compatibility Notice

This 320×160mm flexible LED module uses the current 4.5mm ultra-thin structure with an enhanced magnet configuration. Mounting-hole positions and cabinet structural requirements may differ from earlier module versions. For replacement modules, repeat orders, existing cabinet upgrades, or projects using previously supplied cabinet structures, please confirm the module version and cabinet compatibility before ordering.

Installation Guide

  • Confirm the LED display shape, cabinet structure, module layout, receiving card configuration, power supply capacity, installation direction, and maintenance requirements before installation.
  • Install the P2 320×160×4.5mm flexible LED modules according to the designed curved, cylindrical, spiral, wave, ribbon, or customized display structure and ensure accurate module alignment.
  • Use the magnetic mounting structure to secure each module and ensure the module surface remains evenly aligned without excessive compression, corner lifting, or structural interference.
  • Connect the HUB75 signal interface and DC 5V power connections according to the module wiring configuration. This model does not support signal cascading, so receiving card and signal distribution layouts should be planned accordingly.
  • The product specification defines a bending angle of ≥150°. During installation and use, keep the module within the recommended 150°–180° safe bending range and avoid violent or repeated excessive bending.
  • Wear anti-static gloves before touching the module or display surface. Do not directly touch the LED surface with bare hands.
  • Handle modules carefully during transportation, assembly, installation, and maintenance. Avoid dropping, impact, edge compression, sharp objects, hard tools, and excessive pressure.
  • Use front or rear installation and maintenance procedures according to the cabinet structure and project requirements. Always switch off power before module installation, removal, cable connection, or maintenance.
  • Ensure sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation around the display. Keep the screen away from water vapor, corrosive gases, strong vibration, strong magnetic fields, direct air-conditioning outlets, rain, and direct outdoor exposure.
