Compatibility Notice

This 320×160mm flexible LED module has been upgraded from the previous 8.6mm structure to the current 4.5mm ultra-thin design with an increased magnet configuration. Mounting-hole positions and cabinet compatibility may differ between the previous and upgraded versions. For replacement modules, repeat orders, existing cabinet upgrades, or projects using previously supplied cabinet structures, please confirm the module version and cabinet mounting-hole compatibility before ordering.

Installation Guide

  • Confirm the LED display shape, cabinet structure, module layout, receiving card configuration, power supply capacity, installation direction, and maintenance requirements before installation.
  • For repeat orders or existing cabinets, confirm whether the mounting-hole positions are compatible with the upgraded 4.5mm module structure before placing or installing replacement modules.
  • Install the P2.5 320×160×4.5mm flexible LED modules according to the designed curved, cylindrical, spiral, wave, ribbon, or customized display structure and ensure accurate module alignment.
  • Use the magnetic mounting system to secure each module and ensure that the module surface remains evenly aligned without excessive compression or structural interference.
  • Connect the HUB75 16PIN signal interface and DC 5V power connections according to the module wiring configuration. Verify signal direction, power polarity, grounding, and receiving card settings before powering on the display system.
  • Keep the module within the specified bending requirements. The product specification defines bending capability of ≥135°, while the installation instructions recommend a safe operating angle range of 135°–180°. Avoid violent or repeated excessive bending.
  • Wear anti-static gloves before touching the display surface or module. Avoid direct hand contact with the LEDs.
  • Handle modules carefully and avoid dropping, impact, edge compression, hard objects, sharp tools, or excessive pressure during transportation, installation, and maintenance.
  • Power must be switched off before module installation, removal, cable connection, or maintenance. Live installation or removal is not permitted.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation and heat dissipation around the LED display. Keep the screen away from water vapor, corrosive gases, strong vibration, strong magnetic fields, and direct air-conditioning outlets.
