The standardized 320×160mm flexible LED module format combines a flexible soft PCB structure, silicone bottom case, rear cover protection design, and magnetic mounting system. With IP65-rated front protection, IP54-rated rear-cover protection, front installation and front maintenance capability, and a reference included angle of at least 162°, this P2.5 outdoor flexible LED module is suitable for curved LED displays, cylindrical LED screens, media facade displays, and other engineered creative outdoor LED projects within the module’s documented bending limit.

The complete display’s environmental protection still depends on the cabinet, seams, connectors, cable entries, drainage, ventilation, and installation workmanship.

POF-SR Structure Selection: Choose POF-SR when a protective rear cover, IP65-rated front protection, IP54-rated rear-cover protection, and front installation or maintenance are required. Because the rear is rated IP54 rather than IP65, it should receive suitable protection from the supporting frame, enclosure, or building structure. Installation Guide

• Confirm the flexible display structure, installation frame, module layout, pixel pitch, receiving card configuration, and power supply requirements before installation.
• Install the flexible LED modules according to the curved surface design and ensure each module is securely positioned.
• Use the magnetic mounting system to align modules and ensure proper screen flatness during installation.
• Connect the HUB75 data cables and DC 5V power cables according to the LED display system wiring plan.
• Ensure all project-specific outdoor sealing requirements are followed for outdoor applications.
• Avoid excessive bending, impact, scratching, or improper handling of the flexible LED module during transportation and installation.

Compatibility & Project Confirmation

Matching module dimensions and pixel pitch do not guarantee direct compatibility with an existing LED display. Before replacement, expansion, or mixed installation, confirm the module structure, mounting points, permitted bending direction and curvature, data-interface pinout, scan rate, driver IC, DC power connection and polarity, receiving-card configuration, firmware, calibration data, and production batch.

For outdoor installations, the completed display must also provide project-appropriate sealing at module seams, connectors and cable entries, together with drainage, ventilation, grounding, lightning protection, mechanical fixing, wind-load resistance, and safe service access. The module protection rating alone does not define the protection rating of the completed LED display.
